Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the website and the services of Sistem Solutions JC AI (Miami, FL). By hiring us or using our site, you accept them.

1. Services

Sistem Solutions JC AI offers artificial intelligence automation, WhatsApp bot development and integration, and custom web development. The specific scope of each project is defined in the proposal or specific contract agreed with each client.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for illegal activities, fraud or sending spam.
• Comply with WhatsApp/Meta policies and those of the other integrated providers.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

A violation may result in immediate suspension of the service.

3. WhatsApp and third-party platforms

Our solutions rely on the WhatsApp Business API (Meta) and on other third-party services. The client is responsible for complying with their commerce and messaging terms and policies. We do not guarantee the availability of external platforms outside our control.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices, plans and payment terms are detailed in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, monthly fees are billed in advance and one-off projects are billed according to the agreed milestones.

5. Refund policy

For recurring services you may cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and unused days are not prorated. For development projects, deposits cover work already performed and are non-refundable once the project has started. If you believe there was a billing error, email us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

6. Intellectual property

Upon payment in full, the client receives the usage rights to the deliverables created specifically for their project. The tools, libraries, templates and know-how belonging to Sistem Solutions JC AI remain our property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect the confidential information exchanged during the relationship and to use it only to deliver the agreed services.

8. Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee specific business results or the uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request the deletion of your data on the data deletion page.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force will always be the one published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer in your own jurisdiction.
