• Data you give us: name, email, phone number, company and the content of the messages you send us through a form or WhatsApp.

• Answering your inquiries and delivering the services you hired us for.

4. WhatsApp and the Meta platform

Some of our services use the WhatsApp Business API, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message and your phone number are also processed under WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policies. We only use this data to handle your conversation and never for third-party advertising.

5. Vendors and transfers

We rely on trusted technology vendors (hosting, messaging, AI models and analytics) that act as processors under contract. Some of them may be located outside your country; in those cases we apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as long as the law requires. Once it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
