Data Deletion

At Sistem Solutions JC AI (Miami, FL) you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time, including data processed through WhatsApp.

1. Your right to be deleted

Under regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA, you have the right to request that we erase the personal information we hold about you when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent. We handle these requests free of charge.

2. What data we can delete

• Your name, email, phone number and contact details.
• Your conversation history with our bots and over WhatsApp/Meta.
• Form submissions and usage data tied to your identity.

3. How to request deletion

Pick whichever channel you prefer:

• Email: write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".
• WhatsApp: send us a message through our official WhatsApp stating that you want your data deleted.

To protect your account, we may verify your identity before processing the request (for example, by confirming the email address or phone number you contacted us from).

4. Data processed via WhatsApp / Meta

When you interact with our WhatsApp bots, the messages are processed through Meta's platform. Once we receive your request, we delete the conversation information associated with your phone number from our systems. Keep in mind that Meta retains certain data under its own privacy policies, which are outside our control.

5. Timeframes

We confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours at most and complete the deletion within 30 days at most. If we need more time due to technical complexity, we will let you know.

6. What we may keep

We may retain minimal information where the law requires it (for example, accounting or billing records) or where it is necessary to defend legal claims. In those cases, we restrict access to it and use it only for that purpose.
